Chicago Daily Law Bulletin - "Federal court, bar group honor pro bono work" (Chicago, IL) 4/23/07  - The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Chicago Chapter of the Federal Bar Association recognize two of its lawyers for their hard work and dedication to the CARE Program.

Okmulgee Daily Times - "CARE Program to help high school juniors and seniors" (Okmulgee, OK) 3/29/05  - Staff members at the Bankruptcy Court in Okmulgee, Oklahoma present helpful credit card information to area high school juniors and seniors. Their program also will have a court experience geared towards third and fourth graders in the near future.

Bankruptcy Court Decisions - LRP Publications - "CARE teaches youth the dangers of debt" 4/13/04  - Many organizations praise the CARE Program and its mission, encouraging others to adopt a similar program focusing on financial literacy of young people.

American Bankruptcy Institute Journal - "Get Involved in Financial Literacy Education" (Washington D.C) 11/04 - Young people need to understand that new technologies that reduce our use of cash and increase our use of plastic, require new skills in personal restraint and financial planning.

Ninfo II knows that age is only a number to credit card companies who are now attempting to solicit middle school students.  With this in mind he "tones down" the CARE Program to reach a younger audience. 

Rochester Business Journal - "Judge launches 'Debtors Storm' to warn students on credit cards" (Rochester, NY) 11/29/02 - Only a few weeks old, the CARE Program is in full swing at area high schools, spreading the word about credit card debt and how to avoid ending up in bankruptcy court.
